Our team will work with you to create a custom menu, highlighting your favorite dishes, best food memories + inspirations.
Service Styles
Cocktail Hour
5 passed canapes -or- 5 passed canapes + 2 stations
1st Course
pre-set first course, to be set at each guest's seat prior to the start of the reception, such as a citrus salad with pistachio + herb vinaigrette
-or-
plated first course, to be brought to the tables once guests are seated, such as ricotta ravioli, shaved fennel + carrots with tomato water
Entrees
buffet, tables are called up to our staffed buffet to enjoy an assortment of entrees and sides
-or-
family style, an assortment of entrees and sides are delivered in handmade ceramic platters to each table for guests to self serve + share
-or-
pre-selected, guests will have chosen their entree with their RSVP
-or-
day of choice, servers will take entree orders once guests are seated at the reception
