STAFF: Staffing is $30/hr for servers, $35/hr for bartenders with a minimum of 5 hours. Staff requirements are on average 1 server per 10 guests. Set up and break down of one hour each is recommended. Suggested gratuity is $75 per staff at the clients discretion. Number of staff may vary based on event type and service style.
BEVERAGE: Peppercorn Events can supply at cost, directly billed to clients, wine, beer and spirits. Non alcoholic, mixers and coffee and tea packages are also available.
RENTALS: Peppercorn Events can facilitate all rental needs. Please keep in mind that rentals are typically delivered Friday and picked up on Sunday, for weekend events.
